Paperview has been transferred from an AWS Singapore server to another one in Tokyo. Some latency for PH users is expected. It will be online after a data backup is made.
Once the transfer is complete. An email notification will be sent to users that have not disabled them. Thank you for your patience.

At around 9AM 27 April 2017 Manila time, the webserver hosting Paperview lost connectivity. We are now working with the provider (AWS) to restore service as soon as possible.
