The Samahang Pisika ng Pilipinas is accepting nominations for SPP Fellows. Regular members of SPP who have made significant contributions in theoretical, experimental, or applied physics; received national or international distinction; or provided outstanding service to the Samahan and to physics, in general; are qualified for election as SPP Fellow. Each nomination is evaluated by the Awards and Nominations Committee. The Committee then recommends the outstanding candidates to the SPP National Council which, in turn chooses the successful candidates to be awarded the Fellowship. Fellowship to the SPP thus serves as an honor to the achievements of the recipient.
Elected fellows will be given liftetime membership to the Samahan, a recognition in the SPP website, and a medal. During the annual SPP Physics Congress, the Fellowship Night will be dedicated to the elected Fellows.
